Payment Terms
- Payment is due before the first session unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing
- We accept payment via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card
- Payment plans may be available for multi-session programmes upon request
Refund Policy
- Full refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session
- 50% refund: Cancellations made 7-14 days before the first session
- No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session
- Programme interruption: If we cancel or significantly modify a programme, participants receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative programme
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:
- Insufficient enrolment numbers
- Instructor illness or unavailability
- Venue issues or emergencies
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, participants will be offered alternative session dates or a full refund.
Participant Absences
If a participant misses sessions, we will provide session materials and summaries where possible, but fees are not refundable for individual missed sessions.
Intellectual Property
