Fees and Payment

  • Payment is due before the first session unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing

Refund Policy

  • Full refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session
  • 50% refund: Cancellations made 7-14 days before the first session
  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session
  • Programme interruption: If we cancel or significantly modify a programme, participants receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative programme

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

  • Insufficient enrolment numbers
  • Instructor illness or unavailability
  • Venue issues or emergencies
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, participants will be offered alternative session dates or a full refund.

Participant Absences

If a participant misses sessions, we will provide session materials and summaries where possible, but fees are not refundable for individual missed sessions.

Intellectual Property
